The buildings are nice and new, but it doesn't mean anything. The construction crew didn't do a good job in a lot of areas. The base molding doesn't sit flush with the floor, there's a chunk of the wall missing in the bathroom, there's often trash and glass bottles left at the entrances for days before it gets cleaned up. I submitted two work orders for my lights to be replaced and for my dryer to be serviced, it didn't heat and dry my clothes completely even if I had it on high heat for an hour. I never heard from staff if maintenance was going to be in my apartment to fix anything. I got an email stating the work was done and if I wanted to take a survey. The work definitely was not completed. I'm extremely frustrated with the management. I would not choose to live here again if given the opportunity in the future.
