I love this complex!! I have lived here for 6 months and plan on staying here. The neighbors are all friendly and it's always really quiet. Maintenance issues are always handled quickly. Ms Jan and Ms Carole are great also.

2 broken truck windows. Need some sort of security. Assign parking. Been un my apartment for 7 yrs and have no updates appliances of fixture. Screen door on bottom porch has been off for 3 yrs and never worked. Decks dont seem very stable.

I was referred here by a trusted friend who is also a current resident. I have enjoyed living here thus far. It's pretty quiet and you have your privacy. The townhome is spacious, the grounds are clean and working with property staff is pretty easy.

The staff is committed to the health and well being of the residents. The community is clean and quiet. It is located near major roads connecting to other major roads. We are glad to be here, close to the zoo and the river.

Access to the new river walk area is just across the interstate. In minutes you can access the river walk off Huger and Broad River road. Our staff is striving for 5 everyday. It's been an okay experience, the office staff is nice. I do feel like the apartment could stand a few upgrades. Overall it's a pretty quite area, everyone stays to theirselves. The grounds are kept cleans too

So far the move in has been an easy one! The staff have been so helpful, always available to communicate, and Mason with maintenance is awesome. ? the area is accommodating and in one of the more convenient parts of town!

They are always there, they take care of issues right away. I've never had any issues, it's a quiet area we love it here. Plenty of room and space, love that we have access to our car right outside. It's close to everything

Quiet community. Nice location away from high volume traffic. 10 minutes from work. For the price, the kitchen and bathroom are definitely dated and a gym amenity could be included. There is a pool, which is nice. Staff are very professional.

This community is very quiet and peaceful throughout the day and at night. It is located within minutes of fast food restaurants, shopping mall, movie theater, and Walmart. It is also minutes away from the middle and high school.

Office staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities like the dog park and pool are well taken care of. Issues you have are resolved as soon as possible. I get home late at night and never feel unsafe walking to my home.
