At&t: This community gets their TV & Internet services for the front office, resident lounge and media room from At&t, and in exchange, they do not allow any other Internet Providers to service in the community. So like it or not, you are stuck with At&t. Because of lack of competition, At&t exploits the residents with bad services like delayed installations. In my case I had to wait for at least 3 weeks before the installation. Late Fees: The rent payment is considered late on 2nd of the month in this community. In all my past communities, payments after 5th of the month were considered late. Staff: The building management staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help as they always blame others. Theft: There have been a number of car break-ins as reported by other reviewers as well. There have been some corrective measure like Police Patrolling, however, these are temporary in nature and not enough. Pets: There are a ton of dogs in the community and the pet owners don't always clean up after them. This offence is not taken seriously by the management. Valet Trash: There is an additional fees of $25 for Valet Trash. I wish this was optional for people willing to dispose their own Trash.
