So far very good. If there is one area to improve on, it the pool area/grills and the amenities. Games are outdated (corn hole boards broken)...and the pool furniture is aged and wearing out. Grills need attention and grease stains need addressing.

I love the management, knowing how busy and how many tenants they have to tend to they never make you feel like a number!! The pool is beautiful, the residence is walking distance to restaurants grocery stores and there are bike paths everywhere!
