I love living here. Neighbors are friendly, excellent staff. Quiet community. Lots of trails and nature. It's safe and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better view of the water. Close to shopping and dining.

High turnover with management and staff. Appliances are old and poor condition. Grounds and buildings not maintained well and dirty. Amenities are often not working. Elevator often inoperable. Would not recommend.

At move in the apartment was filthy and there were a myriad of mechanical problems. I had to work all night before the movers arrived to get it habitable. The management staff was completely disengaged.

Nice quiet community. We toured back in august and loved the amenities and surrounding area. Close enough to the city and busy streets and close to the beaches! Gym is usually quiet and great walking paths nearby

Overall I have had a good experience. Stairwells and hallways could use a little more upkeep (vacuuming/sweeping) and the workout equipment is outdated. Definitely thin ceilings or a really big person lives above me

Very nice apartment complex, responsive office and maintenance staff, good amenities to include pool, gym, BBQ and community space. The Daniel Island community is very walkable, bikeable and plenty of paths.

Very quiet and clean community. Property is well maintained. Office team is very pleasant to deal with. I have been here almost three years and I am very happy. This complex has all of the amenities needed. I would highly recommend.

The place is awesome and the amenities are top notch. The gym is much nice than a lot of apartment gyms. There is so much to do and you're so close to everything g when you live at Talison Row. Don't miss the opportunity

I love the management, knowing how busy and how many tenants they have to tend to they never make you feel like a number!! The pool is beautiful, the residence is walking distance to restaurants grocery stores and there are bike paths everywhere!

Since moving in management & all employees have changed several times. They never seem to get any better in customer service but the community has made visual improvements. There is still a long way to go, but lots of potential.
