I lived at Andover for about a year and I think it is ok but I would not recommend it for anyone with a family. We moved because we were expecting a child and it was not the environment I wanted for my child. The bathrooms are very old and the countertops are stained. Towards the end of our stay there we had a little mouse friend that visited every couple of days. We would find droppings all under the sinks and in the closets. He would go in and out through holes through the units. There was also drug use in the area, but then again that happens in many places. We never did have a problem with noise though. The grounds were usually well maintained. The office staff was very nice and always responded to calls. It was not bad for the price but the apartments could use some updates (and repairs to keep the rodents away). I was also not happy that there were not washer/dryer connections in the units.
