I've lived here for 1 y. 8 mo. and also have no real complaints (except for the no-pet policy!). As the other reviewer said the 1 BRs are small and don't have enough storage, also if you like to cook the kitchen lacks counter space, and the BA is small too, but it's enough for one person if you don't own a lot of stuff. Also, there are no balconies but when the weather's nice I pull a chair and sit outside my door. Parking is very limited and visitors must park at the back, but if you can put up with all that you'll be fine, rent is low, the complex is clean and crime-free and very conveniently located. There's a Bi-Lo across the street, restaurants, business offices, a bank, a gas station and more around here, and it's practically around the corner from Haywood Rd. where there's exits to I-385, more restaurants, stores, banks and they Haywood Mall. E. North will lead you to Bob Jones University on N. Pleasantburg, also Wade Hampton/Taylors (there are shortcuts from here too, and on the other side as it changes into Old Spartanburg Rd. will lead straight into Greer. The only thing lacking is access to public transportation so you must have your own car.
