SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Pest control is on the property every Wednesday but only comes to your apartment if requested. Please contact the office to set up your apartment on the next schedule. Additionally, we will soon be renovating and updating our laundry rooms and each machine will feature a debit card reader.
