This is an average apartment complex. They recently renovated the appliances and then jacked up the prices really high...but the price isn't worth what you get in return. The "new" wood floors come apart, and something always seem to be breaking/not working because it's an old complex...it's so hard to reach someone on the phone and it takes several days for maintenance to come fix anything (that is after you call the office SEVERAL times to get you on the work order list). The maintenance guys smoke so your apartment smells like cigarettes once they leave your unit. The walls are thin so you can hear and smell (cigarettes/food) your neighbors. They also can't seem to keep steady management and there's always someone different at the office so you have to repeat the same thing over and over again to get any help. I do NOT recommend this place. There are a lot of nicer, newer and cheaper apartments opening in Greenville. I would go live anywhere else instead of this roach infested place.
