In lower income apartments such as the Views you can expect to see ups and downs, changes in all facets of personnel, etc. So, in my nine years there, needless to say, I've seen them. They've made a lot of good strides through upgrades and stability in maintenance and office staff. I've had some really great neighbors and some really shady ones. It could be very transient as most apartments, especially lower rent, can be. They have a nice pool, wifi, tennis court, and a small bare bones fitness center. They recently added trash valet and built an outdoor fire pit. Those things I don't care for because we, the tenants, will foot the bill. Overall it's a great value due to the location. The upgraded apartments look really nice. I still have an older unit but it suites me.
