The office staff is pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I have is the lack of other residents desire to pick up after their dogs. It is not pleasant to try to sit on my porch and smell urine and dog feces. See More

Great location, busiest road in Greenville. LOTS of restaurants, shopping centers and activities. Only downfall is the construction on the roads that are never finished. Has highway near you. Easy access

So far so good! Nice neighbors! Good up keep. Ample parking everyone seems to respect the speed limit. Only complaint I have is the ac units are right off my patio and the noise is annoying when it kicks on and I'm out there

The management is very friendly. I feel the grounds could be better kept (trash) and access to the pool needs to be handicap friendly. It is very hard to get up the stairs to go to the pool without a hand rail.

I just moved here.. Seems nice so far.. Has a pool for my daughter. The staff in the office is friendly.. The apartment is large.. Has a fireplace. the place is quiet it's also gated for your safety. I haven't officially met neighbors
