Halcyon Apartments at Cross Creek

I won't restate what has been said (poorly painted walls, appliances older than men, disgusting apartments, bugs, etc). However, I was told that I could paint my apartment when I moved in, or replace the horrible wallpaper that was put up. I was told that if the changes looked nice and were normal, I would not be charged. I professionally painted the entire apartment a very pale beige/off white. I took my time taking out the nasty, smoke stained wallpaper. And wouldn't you know I was charged $250 for "paint change"!!! I also gave a THREE MONTH notice of leaving. In fact, I bought a house and had moved out, and was still paying my rent to keep up with my lease. When I went to move out, they didn't have my notice (despite me telling one of the "employees" numerous times). I was charged a full month of rent because they lost my notice.
