Poplar Place is not a stable place to live. I would not refer my friends or family to live here. Things may start off good with new managment and maintenance but as time goes on things change. Stability is not in this community. Breezeways are dirty and noise is a problem. And don't worry about getting things repaired because they won't be! So, is this a place you want to live?
