We lived at Tuscan Heights temporarily (about 2 1/2 months) because of a job transfer. The apartment was nicely designed and I loved the sunroom. I didn't feel that it was a very family friendly place though. Some of the staff were horribly rude and spoke to us in a demeaning manner. One afternoon two staff members came to my door threatening me with the police because my next door neighbor complained about noise-our kitchens shared a wall. They yelled at me that he works the night shift and I had to be quiet. We were doing normal household things. The man who came looked as if he might hit me and I felt very threatened. Also, it's not my job to be quiet during the day because my neighbor works the night shift! I honestly felt like some of the staff were racist. It's a shame because the apartments are well-designed, inexpensive, and in a good area. On the basis of the behavior of the staff, I would not recommend this place at all.
