Resident 2015

11/9/2015

Prior to moving in, the complex seemed stellar. The rent amount seemed fairly steep, but options were limited given Auston Chase had no available apartments. Upon moving in numerous cracks and spots weremail found around the apartment. Receiving the first months rent, we were told the amount was short and they didn't want to evict us, though they actually owed us a credit due to over payment at time of move in. That shows lack of organizations in the office. Their towing policy seems a bit odd, in that my roommate drove a rental vehicle for her job nearly every week for three months, when I get a rental following an accident which totalled my car, the complex has my rental towed. I had to pay an excess of $250 to have the car released back to me. No issue of warning or ticket, immediate tow. They never got back to me about a temporary or new parking decal due to mine being destroyed in the accident. They try to get every bit of money out of you possible and try to find quick fixes in the apartments that look awful and rarely ever work. The maintenance men work hard and use what they have access to. Poor, poor management. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
