The community is great. Everyone is always friendly, they constantly send out email reminders and have events for everyone. The staff is awesome. Whatever you need they will accommodate to. I have rented at many places but by far these are the best people to work with

    The staff is excellent. Quick turnaround time on concerns, and the maintenance staff is very good. If you are pool side, it will be noisy in the summer. Lots of dogs of all sizes, and occasionally there is barking. The grounds are kept very clean. Aside from summer pool noise and some barking, it is a very quiet complex. The valet trash service is an added benefit. Pest control services the units and will also be responsive to any and every issue.

      lots of fees that are unnecessary. had the cops called four quiet hours while we were grilling outside. We were charged for gas when none of the gas work in the commity for months. The emergency makes no sense. Why am I paying $35 a month for a living in building 500 and wires the people in the 100 building paying a 15$ amenity fee, when they are close to all of the amenities

        The community is beautiful and the staff is amazing. April was extremely helpful during the entire process. The apartment is spacious and updated. Very well maintained. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. I would definitely recommend.

          It's been good. I was shocked when I received my rent notice and another $100 was added on for "other" fees etc. that needs to be clarified. Rent is way too high here. I will be looking elsewhere.

            Absolutely the best value in luxury apartments that are near EVERYTHING.

            My family found this gym nearly one year ago and everyone loves it because of how nice everything is from all of the fantastic amenities to the wonderful staff and friendly residents. Plus anything you need is within a couple of miles yet it's still quite and very safe. Absolutely a great place to live, the BEST!

              I MOVED IN THE FIRST WEEK THAT BUILDING ONE OPENED. I WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED HERE IF THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR FOR BUILDING ONE. BUILDING ONE AMENITIES ARE OUTSTANDING. THE MAINTENANCE CREW IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO REQUESTS.. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND AVAILABLE. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE MONTHLY MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES ON MY BILL (MONTHLY BILL PREPARATION CHARGE, MONTHLY RENT PAYMENT CHARGE MONTHLY ADDITIONAL GAS AND GARBAGE CHARGE, DAILY GARBAGE PICKUP AT 25 DOLLARS A MONTH WHEN I ONLY USE THE GARBAGE PICKUP 3 TIMES OR LESS A MONTH.) THE MONTHLY ACCOUNTING PROCESS FINALLY SEEMS TO BE ACCURATE. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL EARLY MONTHS IN MY LEASES WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABILE OR HAD INACCURACIES.

                Too many changes in ownership and management. There was more offered in gatherings and events in the beginning. The upkeep of Breezeways is not good. Now charging tenants for electricity and gas to operate their offices and business is infuriating when we pay our on electricity and rent, and should never ever be billed for the apts. Not our responsibility to pay yours as well!

                  very safe community to live, clean and efficient with Maintenace. Wish office representatives didn't have a big turnover rate. The fees could be lessened to tenants, feel they are too high. it would be great if the fees were reduced.

                    Nice location, close to cozy strip mall with coffee shop and restaurants. Easy access to 521. The development is kept tidy and functional, and the common spaces are in good order. Mailbox and packages room works wonders. The gym is my favorite part: spacious, well equipped, clean. People living here seem to churn rapidly - probably many families opt for short rentals while their homes are completed nearby, but that doesn't affect the quality of services.

                      For the most part, I have had a good experience. However, I feel that the community tries to charge extra fees for absolutely everything. Sometimes it takes awhile to hear back via email. And I do think there should be more community events

                        Love it. Beautifull complex, nice people, wonderfull staff. I love the pool, and workout equiptment, the dog wash is a huge plus, and every time I have had a maintenance request it usually gets solved immediately.

                          Everything is great except for the trash pick up & very thin walls where you can hear your neighbors with ease. Also, we should be paying less in rent because we are out in the middle of nowhere. Mason is great, just fix the things I mentioned.

                            Apartment i have no issues Utility wise. Everything works great. I had one issue with AC, and it was fixed Day of. Valet trash sometimes runs behind. Main office facilities are nice. Small gym with the necessities. My only gripe is the parking. I've had a few nights I've had to park 2 buildings away from my apartment due to there being no parking spaces. Most definitely an inconvenience in the winter and in the rain.

                              Well where do I start for one the rent is too high I can't even afford to pay the rest of my bills or save any money I have to choose sometimes to pay a bill or to buy food or my medication because if I don't pay my rent on time there's a $200 late fee I just feel that the rent is too too high I don't like the way that I'm living I have to choose between food and medication my medication is very important because I had open heart surgery and I'm diabetic so some days I just go without eating Until I can't take the hunger anymore.

                                My husband and I like The Mason and the community around us. We are very fortunate with how close the apartment complex is to grocery stores and shopping centers. I do wish our apartment had more storage to put our mop, broom, and vacuum in. Also keeping the parking lot cleaner.

                                  I have been completely satisfied with my decision to move into The Mason Apartments at Six Mile Creek. They not only have great amenities here (a lovely clubhouse with a pool table, gym, gorgeous swimming pool and grilling area), but also have an amazing staff!!                                       It's a nice community but I feel like management has definitely changed and does not care about us anymore as people, just what they can do to get more money out of us every chance they get.                                                 Overall is good, however, some things changed that personally I wasn't too happy about. They closed the community center to have meetings and stuff, I wanted to have some people over to have a nice bbq and celebrate my wife's birthday but I couldn't. They put reserved parking spots, so now there are fewer parking spots and if I would like a closer parking spot I have to pay $75.

                                                  Unresolved Situation

                                                  We moved in July 11, 2022 and have nothing but problems with the people above us. They are loud, running, jumping, and stomping everyday, they have woken us up at 5am, 6am, and as late as 11pm on weekdays. We have spoken with the director and the situation has not been resolved. I have told him many times to come hear the noise his self, he still has not come by. I am over this situation and the lack of urgency to get the situation handled.
