I moved here out of necessity. I've found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. I've found a lot to be desired in the maint area. We have had 3 issues to date, one being the AC in June which took 4 or 5 days to resolve. Although the water is "clean", the pool surfaces need attention. The pool deck is unsafe. One of the main attractions (pond) is gone. More than likely, this will be the last year here.
