My roommate & I moved into a brand new building/apartment & began to find a few things malfunctioning throughout. In the 10 months that we have lived here, we have had our screen door replaced over 4x related to quality of material, ant infestation, broken cabinets, broken microwave light, and malfunctioning garbage disposal. The maintenance team is very helpful Thankfully, & responds to work orders quickly. Still, for a brand new apartment & the amount of rent we pay each month, the issues should be minimal. The community gym & pool are great & we utilized those amenities frequently. The recycling situation is annoying because the recycling bin is right outside our kitchen/living room windows. overall, I've enjoyed staying here due to location & appearance of the community/apartment. However, I'm up in the air about lease renewal with this company because of the expense & issued we've experienced.
