I did not have a good experience here. It was actually quite horrible. There was no follow through with many maitenance requests (I had to keep calling about it), I was told when I moved in my kitchen would be remodeled within a few months and it never happened, and the noise level in my ground unit was unbearable. You could hear everything from the people above you, including aspects of life that are meant to be private (bathroom, sex, etc.) Even normal footsteps sound like an elephant is walking around. In addition, you also had the pleasure of hearing the people on the sides of you. The staff was not that friendly, especially maitenance. The people in the office seemed as if they were annoyed anytime I needed to call or stop in for something. The neighborhood was not bad with the exception of the lady that sat in her car all day chain smoking and screaming obsenities at someone on the phone.

    Hello Readers, Well it must be said that we manage our communities with the moniker in mind of helping all Customers to "Discover the Darby Difference." Having said that, we may not succeed 100% of the time. From time to time we will (a) make mistakes, and (b) have to enforce rules that folks don't like--both can cause Customers to become less than enamored with us. So first, I extend my personal apology to this Customer for clearly not meeting, much less exceeding as is our goal, their expectations. Second, I invite every reader to peruse the multitude of ratings/recommendations previously posted regarding Parish Place on this site. Since 2012 I believe we had only one other "No" from a Customer. Having served hundreds of Customers in that time frame, tells me that a "No" is not the norm; and that we genuinely, generally meet or exceed the mark for our Customers. Our score and our previous ratings/recommendations should bear that out. Having shared that "second," I'll conclude by inviting this Customer to call me personally at Darby Development to have a more in-depth conversation about what we could have done better and to accept my apology in person.
