Terrible, would not recommend. Front staff is nice but not helpful. Management has all quit, so the operations are a mess. They start work without permits, residents need to submit stopwork orders to the city in order to protect ourselves. They implement ridiculous rules and limit use of amenities. Parking has recently been reduced. The grounds and common areas are dirty. Despite paying for pest control they dont actually do anything for it. At least 3 of the 4 buildings have termites.
