The neighborhood is terrific. Wide streets, wide sidewalks, close to everything, well kept and beautiful. It's the HOA that makes the place unbearable. Don't move here if you have children. Seriously. I've never seen people more eager and zealous to take a small responsibility moreSee More >

The staff is very rude Christie especially. The condos are old, paint peeling inside not well kept. The prices are expensive for condos with no amenties. Alot of the condos are empty, which makes for an empty neighborhood.See More >

We moved to Myrtle Beach in April of 2003 and immediately decided upon Seagate Village. It was close enough to everything to be very convenient yet, far enough away from everything to assure peaceful, quiet year round living. 3 1/2 years later, we are stillSee More >

I have been at Seagate Village for one year and six months. This has been a great experience for me. The community is well kept, it quite and peaceful, and the property values continue to climb. When I sit out back at my home, itSee More >

Seagate is a centrally located residential section that is close to everything. Maintenance was great and had no problems that were not immediatly handled. Great parking and a huge yard. The staff was very friendly to us.

The only thing that I miss is my neighbors. They spray some kind of chemicals there that can harm your dogs or cats.
