Good move in rates and good location. The apartment is gate ( 50%) of the time depending on the day. Noise was good until a neighbor moved in above whom sounds like an elephant walking all day.. But it is an apartment... Ha one package stolen out front of ,mud apartment hence why I keep saying LOCK the gates!
