No urgency to help customers. ___ will be back Monday if you have any other questions. Next to no help with RESIGNING a lease here-3 visits to office with same personnel in a week and still does not remember our names/apartment number. Not notified of poo print, because it was the same price as a month-to-month payment for rent? Days to get a manager to sign a renewal agreement? Highly unprofessional staff that dont seem to have the time of day for their residents.
