Overall it's a great place to live with a staff that cares about those who live here. Moved here from Iowa back in June 2020, stayed with family. Been looking for a place to call my own. Back in the 1st week of November I was hitting the house/apt hunting hard since my family was selling their home. Had it narrowed down to 3 locations, Atlantic on the Boulevard won hands down. Dont get me wrong, the other 2 were nice, but it was the Staff, the units, the location and all the perks along with the price that won me over. If the staff at the other locations treated me like the staff of AOTB, I might have been living somewhere else. The people here made moving in and the paperwork so easy. My intent was to buy a home, but if the next 11 months are as nice as my first week here has been, there is no need to buy, Ill just stay here. Oh and Tyler is awesome getting my unit ready to make move the move in date. I could not ask for a better place to call home. Thank you.
