Pros: Right across from Taco Bell, and though you are near the airport, you are in a good spot where the planes don't effect your living place too often. Also everything in the community is close, pool, mail, and office. Cons: Noisy people, always haulering at all hours of the night, honking horns. Pool is there but you can't use it because it's small and always has kids. Plus you're afraid of the pool chairs because they are old and weathered. Most everything is old and weathered, the sidewalks don't make any sense, they just stop and don't continue. Your landing is metal so it is freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer, and very little to no roof overhang so when it rains the landing is flooded. Water drainage is a huge problem, the parking lot is full of water even a week after it's rained. It's right next to the road, and down the street from a firehouse so almost everyday you can hear a siren. I agree with the other person when you can hear gun fire hoping it's just someone shooting off fireworks, and drugs are a problem. A few cameras, even if they are fake, would not be a bad idea. The windows are thin, so it's difficult to keep dry and cool in the summer, but also the a/c unit is very outdated, and seriously racks up our electric bill. VEry little care goes into this place, it does not feel like a community, but the office looks great, and the office personal dress very nice, it can be misleading. Stay away unless it's all you can qualify for like I had to when I first came down.
