Every bad thing you read about this place is true. The buildings are falling apart. There are serious leaks, mold issues, unsafe sidewalks, and the new owners decide to paint... and it's a horrible job at that. They never enforce anything. Some of the people in… See More

The staff is friendly and helpful. I really like the new grill and my dog loves the dog park. I can walk yo the grocery store and other places i need to go. This place has changed alot since the people took over. See More

I only recommend this place if you're DESPERATE. I've lived here for 8 months & it has been 1 lie after another. Things that were supposed to get fixed since I signed my lease has yet to be done. Put in a maintenance request months ago… See More
