Infested! Do not rent!

We lived there for a year and a half. The entire time there was a cockroach problem that they didn’t disclose before we moved in. It’s been 4 years since we moved out. Friends that still live there report that there is still a severe cockroach problem. Also, maintenance will never make time to fix anything or even change air filters. Do not rent!

Kids run wild and are rarely supervised. They are allowed to leave their garbage wherever they drop it. Called the Health Dept. several times. Our door had objects and glass thrown at it. Also, footprints from kids trying to kick it in. They were aware that the door needed to be replaced, but management would not do it. Police were called on a weekly basis. Roaches were observed the entire year we lived there. Don't move there if you are White, you won't be liked and they will make sure you know it. It upsets me the way that area of town has gone to Hell. Property management has a lot to do with it. Beware of this place. We could barely make it 1 year to honor the lease. We were advised by the Police Dept. more than once that we should consider moving.

I've been living here for 4 months. What us most disturbing is the lack of parental supervision. One day as I was driving home, I drove past the first set of garages and there were about 4 toddlers and 3 young kids on top of the garages, on the roof. And they were jumping! I almost run over diaper clad, barefoot and no clothed toddlers weekly. Groups of kids ages 2 to 10 are roaming around in the parking lot. They throw rocks on the road, like big rocks that will mess up your car. About a dozen every few feet. A 5 year old was climbing and jumping to and fro between car roofs. Again no adults are around. No one is monitoring these kids
