This is a quiet, convenient and affordable apartment community. Great proximity to the local high school, and overall it felt very safe. My apartment had a few maintenance and plumbing problems, but their staff was very helpful in fixing them. There are laundry hookups, and a convenient laundry room that occasionally fills up quickly. Noise was no worse than you would expect living with neighbors.
