My maintenance requests take forever to be acknowledged. Then, the work orders are closed without resolving the issue. I called the office to inform them about the light was still not repaired, and it still has not repaired after calling.

As discussed, the work order was acknowledged and the light out was the result of the affect that the cold had on the bulb. That bulb has been replaced with a bulb that will be more weather resistant. Please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about this matter.

Great place to call home!! The amenities here are like living in a high end resort. The location is close enough to downtown to be close to restaurants and ships but far enough from the center to be quiet.

I absolutely LOVE living here. I moved to 5 Points from across town and I havent looked back. My only regret is that I didnt move here sooner! Its somewhere Im proud to live and love to have guests at, and they enjoy it too!

Living at 5 Points Northshore has been great so far! The location is perfect. You're just a walk away from the bridge and many restaurants and activities. The building is very secure, I feel safe living here! I would recommend this place to anyone.
