Look elsewhere. The short commute into downtown is literally the only positive about this place. I have no idea what makes these people think anything about this complex is luxury. The walls and floors are thinner than my freshman-year dorm used to be. Builders obviously cut every possible corner during construction. There aren't enough parking spots for even just the residents, and visitor spots are few and far between. A single dumpster is expected to take care of the entire complex, so don't be surprised when you see trash overflowing and bags surrounding the chute door. The grasses/shrubs/bushes are horribly overgrown onto the sidewalk, and there's one specific tall grass bush that obscures a driver's view at the front gate. Showers and toilets don't drain. Maintenance does not knock prior to letting themselves into the apartment.
