Rebecca, we're saddened to learn that you ultimately did not enjoy your time here as we strive to provide high quality living experiences for all our residents. We've noticed that you are not currently a part of our community but would still like the opportunity to address your concerns. Regarding our pest treatment services, we provide weekly pest control each time we received a complaint and had maintenance perform a check to determine if there may be an issue. Lookout Pest Control also performed a thorough inspection on two separate occasions where they found no evidence of an infestation. When you phoned-in a complaint to the health inspector, we compiled a complete service request history of the apartment to determine if there may have been an issue prior to you moving in -- there was not. After receiving this information, the case was closed with no inspection warranted from the City. We also performed a complete perimeter treatment on every building on the property through Lookout Pest Control as well as conducted tree trimming throughout the community alleviating limbs and branches from touching the buildings. That being said, we apologize for any inconveniences and discomfort you encountered during your stay. Although we've since come to a resolution regarding your early move-out, we would still welcome the opportunity to address your feedback in person if you have any additional questions or comments. Moving forward, we'll continue working hard to provide all our community members with excellent living experiences and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

While we appreciate your five-star rating and review, it is concerning to hear of your experience with our fees. We assure you that our payment system and fees are transparent and are thoroughly reviewed with our residents upon signing the lease.
