Perfectly located and a great view. Easily walk or shuttle to anything. Great staff that work hard and are super friendly. Really cool lofty feel in a vintage building that's all been redone. There is a fitness center. Downside is its very expensive (all the windows are original so winter and summer are expensive on utilities. Last month my one bedroom ran about $1,750 inclusive, and I don't have cable (Wi-Fi is included). That's not including parking, because they don't offer any, so to park near the apartment that's about another $100 per month. Pushing up on $2,000/month for a one bedroom without a pool or parking; you'll have to decide if its worth it. I gave it one star for noise b/c there's a dog above me that seems to never stop barking. I've complained about it since November but as I sit here writing this its been literally barking for 6 hours straight. If I could I'd upload the recordings I've sent management.
