This complex has been a problem from the beginning. The staff are only there to fill apartments and nothing more. Both of the management staff, Stacy and Sean, are condescending to tenants. The list of problems include:
*not making a note that I wanted an upper floor apartment despite me saying it multiple times
*office hours that are not compatible with anyone who has a day job, no Saturday hours unless they have apartments to rent
*maintenance calls closed by management before maintenance even comes to look at the problem because "x just does that"
*packages stolen from your doorstep (and if they're delivered to the office you can't get them because their hours are not tenant friendly)
*phone calls not being answered because they recognize your number and don't want to talk to you (I've tested this by calling from another number and having the call picked up immediately)
The list goes on and on. This is not a place you want to live if you expect actual tenant-friendly service.
If you're already a tenant, do yourself a favor and fill out the customer relations survey with their parent company, Lexington Asset Management.
