I absolutely love living at Windsor Village. I've lived here for about a year and a half and have loved every day of it. This place is a really good fit for quieter people. The price is just about unbeatable considering the neighborhood and convenience to downtown. My apartment is so cute. I love that the apts are one level, so there is no one above or below, and each apartment has a little garden area in the front that you can do whatever you want with. The staff are phenomenal. The one time I had a minor issue with the AC, it was dealt with very quickly.
The decor/wallpaper inside might be a little out of date, but that really shouldn't be the highest thing on the priority list anyway. The complex is VERY quiet, safe, and friendly. Many of the residents are older/retired (though I'm not) so I would say this isn't the best fit for someone who wants to have a lot of parties, play loud music, etc. There also isn't much in the way of amenities besides on-site laundry. If you want a place that has a pool, a workout room, and younger/louder college kids, look down the road at the more expensive complexes. This place, on the other hand, is peaceful and really feels like home. It has been a great fit for me, and I'll be sad when I have to move!
