The previous company just went bankrupt or out of business. New management company is struggling to provide service to this building/ and or basic needs. Additionally, there has been very poor upkeep previously and everything is falling apart. Visible damage to the building in back and other assorted issues. Apartments are not generally in good repair, and have various equipment that is not functioning well. It was being marketed as a luxury apartment, but its not even close. This spring my heater went out and I did not have heat for over three weeks despite attempts and getting it fixed. I had to threaten to contact the city before it was fixed. Its best you not live here.
