The property changed ownership hands in 2010 after the property fell into receivership. The property is now controlled by a local Clarksvilian who is putting money back into the property, including upgrading hallways, windows, common areas, and overall service. Bruce and Joe will continue to be on-hand for all leasing and maintenance requests. This is a truly unique property in a great location and over the next several months many of the past complaints will be resolved.
