Aside from the complex being extremely expensive (we have a 1 bed, 1 bath for $750 and the original rent was $850) this is a great place to live! For an older building, it's kept up well and our neighbors and their pets are quiet! This place used to be the old Clarksville High School and they converted it into an apartment complex. Amenities include: water is included in rent, free wifi, fitness center, game room, pool, and pet friendly! It's also 5 blocks from APSU and downtown Clarksville!!! We've never had any problems with theft and all the residents are so friendly! We absolutely love it here!
