I've lived here for two years now, and for Clarksville this is a pretty decent place. The pool is well kept, and the fitness center has been improved so that you can get a total workout there. The management is courteous. I have heard things about the water bill being a problem, but I'm moving soon so I don't see that being a problem. Overall I would recommend it. Try getting a place with stainless steel appliances if you can. The place used to be the old Clarksville High School, so it has a little character as well if you're into that. Also many floorplans to choose from.
