*** Horrible!!! *** Do your research people. I wish I had. The security gate has been broke for over a year. Every time I ask Any office staff about it I am told It will be repaired next week. Maintenance Requests take months to be completed. With several phone calls and several trips to the office you still have to wait months to have any maintenance completed. Office staff always tells you parts are on back order. From light switch cover to a mini blind replacement they are all on back order for months. So many bad things to list. I would suggest asking actual residence for references don't trust what staff tells you. They will say anything to make a sale
