Unfortunately I am a current resident at these apartments. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy! The staff in the office is very rude and unprofessional. If you ask for a corporate number to try to get situations resolved, they give you a number that goes straight to a lady's voicemail and your call never gets returned. They just switched to new management, but this does no good considering all of the office staff are still the same. We have had problems with car theft, car break ins, and just yesterday my tires and rims were stolen off my vehicle along with the window being broken out. I understand crime happens everywhere, but if you have an ongoing problem with this, you do something to try and make your residents feel a little more secure. There are no lights in the parking lot, there are no cameras, there is no security driving around to check on people's vehicles. The gate at the front entrance only works half of the time so expect a long line to get to your home when you come home from work. I have had a gun pulled on me in the parking lot. I have been almost run over in the parking lot. When these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, their only response is "just call the police". Keep in mind these problems were caused by people that should not have even been on the property as they were not residents. They only have one maintenance person so if you have a maintenance problem, don't expect to get help for a while. I moved here in April of 2016 and since then, I have been without a working air conditioner for 1 whole summer causing my electric bill to be almost $200 for 4 months straight for a 1 bedroom apartment. The response of the office staff was "buy some fans". I have been without a properly working dryer for a week 3 different times. I have been without a properly working toilet for 5 days straight. I have been without 8 working outlets for over a year. I have been without a properly working stove for 4 months. All of these problems have been responded to with rudeness and attitudes from the staff. Unfortunately, they don't feel all of these problems are grounds to be let out of my lease, so I am forced to stay here until April 2018 unless I buy out my lease which I am unable to do. Anything that has been reported in this post, I have documentation, pictures, and work order history for maintenance requests all saved as proof if anyone is interested to see for yourselves.
