You dont want my review because of all the absolutely horrible experiences I have had here. 0/100 rating. Would not recommend to anyone. Resigned lease because I thought things would get better after new management but not so much. 3 weeks after resigning I got new neighbors who smoke weed at all hours and the smell transfers over to my apartment which I have complained over phone, email, and in resident portal probably 10+ times with no resolution (would like to be let out of my lease early due to this),appliances constantly going out with extremely long turnover time for maintenance to come out. Was without AC for about a month this year because apparently if its not at least 80 degrees outside its not considered a high priority maintenance issue. Without a washer every few months because it keeps going out. Took a month for someone to address the washer issue this past time so I had it fixed myself so I could wash clothes. Dryer vent constantly gets clogged up because they wont fix ventilation system causing dryer to go out. Light switches have shorts in them and plugs are so worn out that electronics will not stay plugged in them and just fall out. Maintenance has stolen drinks from my fridge and used my bathroom while they came to attempt service and I was not home. During COVID office staff would not answer the phone and you couldnt go into the office so you were just out of luck if you needed assistance with anything. Was without a properly working AC for the first 2 years causing $250+ electric bills during the warmer summer months and AC would still not cool lower than 76-78 inside. Was told thats how the units were supposed to work. Interestingly enough they got my AC fixed this summer and it ran at a brisk 68 degrees all summer with no issue. Downstairs neighbor was a nutcase which they witnessed on multiple occasions when I came into the office to try and speak with them about her banging on the ceiling and screaming and hollering at all hours of the night and leaving threatening notes on my door and harassing me when I would go outside to take my dog out, and she would follow me into the office and start yelling at everyone. Dealt with that until she finally moved after 2 years because her apartment flooded because of a plumbing issue (karma). Overall the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex and I have lived in about 7 different apartment all over the Memphis area. Please let me out of my lease so you can stop hearing from me and I can get out of this place

    Unfortunately I am a current resident at these apartments. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy! The staff in the office is very rude and unprofessional. If you ask for a corporate number to try to get situations resolved, they give you a number that goes straight to a lady's voicemail and your call never gets returned. They just switched to new management, but this does no good considering all of the office staff are still the same. We have had problems with car theft, car break ins, and just yesterday my tires and rims were stolen off my vehicle along with the window being broken out. I understand crime happens everywhere, but if you have an ongoing problem with this, you do something to try and make your residents feel a little more secure. There are no lights in the parking lot, there are no cameras, there is no security driving around to check on people's vehicles. The gate at the front entrance only works half of the time so expect a long line to get to your home when you come home from work. I have had a gun pulled on me in the parking lot. I have been almost run over in the parking lot. When these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, their only response is "just call the police". Keep in mind these problems were caused by people that should not have even been on the property as they were not residents. They only have one maintenance person so if you have a maintenance problem, don't expect to get help for a while. I moved here in April of 2016 and since then, I have been without a working air conditioner for 1 whole summer causing my electric bill to be almost $200 for 4 months straight for a 1 bedroom apartment. The response of the office staff was "buy some fans". I have been without a properly working dryer for a week 3 different times. I have been without a properly working toilet for 5 days straight. I have been without 8 working outlets for over a year. I have been without a properly working stove for 4 months. All of these problems have been responded to with rudeness and attitudes from the staff. Unfortunately, they don't feel all of these problems are grounds to be let out of my lease, so I am forced to stay here until April 2018 unless I buy out my lease which I am unable to do. Anything that has been reported in this post, I have documentation, pictures, and work order history for maintenance requests all saved as proof if anyone is interested to see for yourselves.
