At first I was excited about living at Trinity Lakes because of the water and wildlife. In the first week of living there, the stove shocked me. I couldn't use the left hand burners and when I called to tell them, they weren't in a hurry to fix the problem. If you have 2 toilets and one stops up, they tell you to use the other one. Fixing it is not a priority. The upstairs neighbor had a leaky hot water tank that leaked through to our ceiling and walls. No hurry to fix that either. The oven also broke while we were there. Before we moved in the carpet was replaced (nicest part of the whole apartment). When we were ready to move out, we spent several days cleaning the apartment to get it to move in ready condition. Once we moved out we received a letter for full carpet replacement due to pet damages. I asked if they could show me the itemized bill where the entire apartment carpet had to be replaced and the "manager" snickered and said she didn't have to show me. At that point, I was absolutely done trying to talk to them and the next call will be from an attorney!! Don't move here, it seems nice at first but it is definitely not a good place to make your home. The walls are paper thin, the parking lot stays dirty and it's not safe. Trust me, don't do it!
