MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE SIGNING! If I hadn't read it, I would be paying an extra $25 in rent each month because they also verbally told me another price. The $150 deposit is really an administration fee that will NOT be refunded...ever. The managers send out threatening letters to fine those who don't abide by rules, but never actually enforce anything. The neighbors are trashy, and dog poop is EVERYWHERE...even next to the doggie clean-up centers that were set up. What person would let their dog poop next to a pooper scooper station and not clean it up? I have had a leaking air conditioner that freezes up and is covered in mold for more than a week now (despite calling every day to remind them). Supposedly, you will have to pay for a parking sticker next year---but like I said, nothing is enforced. The leasing office claimed to have "lost" my neighbor's lease. So, unless you honestly can't afford housing anywhere else, don't waste your time. I'm hoping to find the corporate or owner's phone number so that maybe I can get this a/c fixed.
