Do your homework prior to living here. This is beautiful franklin so therefore you can anticipate paying more in rent. However, when you pay more in rent, so you expect a great living and customer service experience. Maintenance requests are very slow and can take over a week to be completed. The property management staff are not helpful and get frustrated when you reach out needing assistance or resolution. The staffing turnover they have is the typical excuse for resolution to problems not being handled timely. Lastly, there is a major pest problem in the spring. The hallways are coated in centipedes that eventually make it into the apartment. The property management simply say "there is nothing they can do." It is disgusting! Take my advice...don't be fooled by the pretty landscape and newer apartments. These are no longer appealing when the walls and sidewalks are crawling in bugs.
