The staff are disorganized! I've been a resident for 13 months and was never late on payments until this crisis happened. I wasn't comfortable being late so I spoke with the management and assured them that I'll have my rent paid 15th and they agreed, deadline is 6th. I've always used online payment option but just this one time, to assure them that I'll keep my promise, I left a post dated check for April 15. Well, they cashed it the 6th! How hard was it to properly label a check? Not only did it drain my remaining funds but also put me on -$900++. Unfortunately, it was the same day 3 other auto debit payments were scheduled. In total, they carelessness cost me $135 in overdraft charges. I was out of money and indebted to the bank. Their manager tries hard to talk proper but without the intention to actually help. They'll promise to update you but never really call you on the time they say they would like they expect people to be chill while penniless in this difficult time.
