I am very diappointed on one particular staff member. She misinformed me numerous times on my application. I appied for residence 12/21/2013. I was led to believe i had gotten approved and my move in date was 12/30/2013. I stopped looking residence due to the information that was given to by the so called keasing agent. Well to make a long story short, i was only informef on 01/02/14 that I wss not. And my money was deposited and as of today i still have not received my funds back. To make matters worse the same individual told me that my payment was being overnighted out and i should be receiving as of 01/03/14 or 1/04/14. I contacted the agent again to just confirm, she then said you will receive no later than the following Monday or Tuesday. Those days have past. Now I was told by the A/P rep that they do noy overnight out payments and checks only cut on Ruesday and Thursday. So u can imagine the frustration i have with this one staff member. The A/P rep advised she explained this too the employee, however she still took upon herself to tell me different. This leasing consultant need to be pulled from the desk and be retrained on how to read, follow directions and communicate. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Thankfully i was able to find another location to stay but i had to stay at a hotel for over two weeks.
