If you're looking for an apartment on a budget, this isn't that bad of a choice. As with some apartments, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear people/noises if it's loud enough. Again, you get what you pay for. There is pest control, but it's on a specific schedule and they give tenants a notice. Overall, it's pretty quiet, considering there is a retirement home next door and the neighbors, for the most part, are respectful. Maintenance is competent and will address your concerns in a timely manner. The landlady is also fair. This is a decent option for college students looking for off-campus living or for those wanting to pinch pennies.
