No problems on the service or the complex that I can think of other than other residents parking the Handicap parking. Today we arrived home to find both spots taken, one had a placard the other was setting there blocking the spot. When I told the man by the car, she was parked Illegally. He told me she was not parked, but picking up his son. However I did have to find another parking spot and my wife who is Handicap had to walk twice the distance and I will have to move our car back when a spot becomes available. Being friends with the other Handicap placard family he has told me of this happening before. There are only 2 Handicap spots for 16 units in this building and only 2 residents with Handicap privileges. We need TENNESSEE MOTOR VEHICLE CODE ENFORCED.
