Cherokee Ridge Apartments
Resident · 2008
I moved in August of 2008 all the way from Michigan and I love this place. The landlord, Deb, is helpful, sweet, and available anytime you need to talk to her. She has cookies and candy and encourages people to visit her in the office (she also lives on property). The maintenance guys are very nice and also live on property. I live in one of the two bedroom apartments with my two cats and my significant other. I have NEVER had a problem here. The pet fees are broken down into smaller payments, so that you do not need to pay a large sum all at once. The appliances are updated, the outlets all work, and the central heat and air can't be beat during the hot summers. The best part? Whenever you have a maintenance problem it is fixed that day without question. The apartments are quiet and great for a family or graduate students who need to study. The only complaints I can even think of are in the area of parking. I live at the top of the hill and my parking is on an almost 45 degree incline (this is only a minor complaint). Despite this, I have never had a real problem finding a space. If you are looking for a great place to live, I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't have picked a better place to move myself and my family. Update: I have been living here for two years now. My experiences have just gotten better and better over time. The maintenance man and his wife have made us feel more than welcome, often giving us fresh herbs from their balcony herb plants, offering us rides home when the car is in the shop, and even watching our cats when we are away on vacation (a common practice here). I love this place! I am so glad I chose to live here.
