The apartment place as a whole is fairly nice for a South Knoxville apartment complex. I've lived there for 3 years. For one, the maintenance crew are outstanding! Always fix anything in no time. Rent isn't too high for what you get. It's close to downtown. They allow pets. And noise is normal for apt. noise, you hear car doors outside, some talking, and footsteps, but nothing too bad. The apt. manager is very nice as well. The only real complaint I've ever had is with the residents who they have staying there. for one, not being racist (just want you to know what you're getting yourself into) it is full of --------, and honestly I know some are illegal. they had a raid at this complex a few years ago by ICE and local police. Lots of -------- here, always outside messing with their cars, at least 10 of them in one 2 bedroom apt. (I know because I see that many coming out of a 2 bedrm all the time) and when they have parties, the parking lot is packed, so forget parking near your door. So this was my main complaint. lots of -------- stay at this complex. That, and one time at 11:30pm at night, I heard a cop at my neighbor's door right across from me, questioning the girl there about her bf who they were looking for. a bit too close for comfort. I, myself, actually moved shortly after that. It used to be a better quality of residents, but with recession and empty apts, anyone who has the money can stay there. So overall, the complex is not bad, it's the residents you have to be cautious of, the ones who live there.
