Horrible place to live. Office staff are deceivers who initially refused to do maintenance repairs. I had to call the main office multiple times. The last time is where I spoke to Angela Newberry. She has the worst customer service ever. She refused to letSee More >

The apartments are very outdated for their price! They have a mold issue in the bathrooms under the soap bar! I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there! Also, they will inform you that maintenance will come and do something to the apartments days in advance.See More >

This is a run down poorly managed apartment complex. It's loud, people don't follow rules here which are not enforced anyway. I'm on a top floor, but the building is so old and not kept up so you hear everyone walking, can hear everyone inSee More >

Was a great place from 2011 to the end of 2016 when new managers (office) came. Over 1 year with a leak in my bathroom. The retaliate. And don't care about tenants. Noisy neighbours outside after midnight. Can hear every footstep of the upstairs apartment,See More >

The grounds are lovely. The maintenance staff takes to long to get job done. Had leak in bathroom took 9 months to finish. The office staff is rude. Especially to previous office staff tenants. Would not refer to a mangeie dog.

This is not the worst place to live, but I can't promise that I would recommend them. I rarely have to use any utilities, so that's nice. I don't even have to use heat in winter, which is a nice change from my previous apartmentSee More >

I lived in Eastowne Village apartments for almost four years. I wouldn't recommend this complex unless you like calling maintenance several times only to have your problems fixed just enough for them to break again in a couple of days. The complex is very oldSee More >
